The following targets and key achievements occurred between January and June 2021
Target 1- Stand up a CSPD website
Drafted Website - going live date is Fall 2021

Target 2- Ensure co-leads are fully supported

Target 3- Finalize the onboarding process
Onboarding process finalized and uploaded to the shared Google Drive for all workgroups to access
Target 4- Establish definitions for certification, licensure, and endorsement & identify what currently exists in Hawaii.

TARGET 5- Identify and compile all HAWAII-BASED EI-ECSE Higher Ed Preservice PREPARATION Programs
Developed crosswalks of current competencies and standards with national EI-ECSE standards and cross-disciplinary competencies
Drafted a survey to collect data on how EI-ECSE standards are reflected in Hawaii preservice programs and coursework.
Target 6- Develop and disseminate a survey to gather Professional Development information about current trainings and TA initiatives provided across the EC system

Target 7- Document qualifications and current recruitment strategies across disciplines and highlight best practices and successful recruitment & retention strategies
Qualifications have been identified via the Standards Workgroup
Developed a recruitment and retention survey that will be submitted for review to Leadership and distributed based on direction from the CSPD Leadership
A summary report of vacancies across sectors was developed by the R & R evaluation team representatives and is being reviewed by the workgroup
Target 8- Work with teams to establish baselines and key metrics for each team

Target 9- Worked with teams to refine logic models for tracking progress for teams and have a solid plan in place
Each workgroup updated and refined its logic model
